Heat outdoor grill to medium-high or set indoor grill pan over medium-high heat.
Slice peaches into relatively thick slices. Brush both sides with melted butter and set on grill until soft and grill marks show – about 5 minutes per side. Set aside.
In small mixing bowl whisk together olive oil, balsamic, honey and salt and pepper to taste.
In large mixing bowl toss together arugula, blueberries, goat cheese, nuts and cooled peach slices. Drizzle dressing over the top and serve immediately.
